Milestones

As we expanded our operations, we shifted to a larger premise at High Tech park ,Sonale, Bhiwandi admeasuring 30,000 (plus 6000 of paint shop) sq. meters in April 2007. Each year we have added new production lines to meet the voluminous demand of our customers. In the year 2010 we ventured into Stop and Tail Lamps production at our Sonale premise. We started our Kathua (Jammu) factory admeasuring 10,000 sq. meters in the year 2012. Consequent to our expansion, today we have Six wedge lamp making production lines and Three S&T lamp making production lines at Sonale and Three wedge lamps making production lines and One S&T lamp making production line in Kathua.

All our products are approved by all major OEMS like Bajaj, Hero, Yamaha, TVS under our trade mark “UVAL” .They are sold to various intermediaries[Tier I ] as approved and instructed by OEMS . These TIER I vendors make value additions and supply complete light fittings as per the standard and schedules shared by OEMS. We started with a very small sales in the resale market but now our major sales is to the OEM market. For example we supply our products to various top tier I vendors such as Lumax, Minda Stoneridge, Unitech Machines, Varroc Lighting, Fiem Industries etc who in turn make value additions and sell to Bajaj, Hero Motorcorp, Honda, TVS etc All of our OEM products are E-mark certified and ARAI certified.
